If you use the models as part of your science outreach work, you are probably handling the models constantly. In such cases, we recommend that you add a few small dots of glue to the more delicate joints to ensure that they will remain in place while you move the models and while you use them in your work.
Changes or returns will only be possible in the event of a mismatch between what was requested and what was received, or in the event that there is a defective product whose defect is from the factory.
