From what age can the models be assembled?

“Beginner” difficulty level models can be assembled by people over 8 years old.

Models with an “Intermediate” level of difficulty are recommended for people over 10 years of age. For children under this age it is advisable that they be supervised or assisted by adults.

The models with the “Advanced” level of difficulty are recommended for people over 14 years of age.

These recommendations may vary according to the abilities of each person.

What material are the models made of?

They are made from Trupán wood (MDF), made under strict quality standards and environmentally friendly manufacturing certificates. Click here to learn more.

Do the models need glue?

The models are designed to be assembled without the need for glue, since they are joined by friction between the pieces.

However, if your intention is to manipulate them constantly to show them or as a visual support for scientific dissemination and teaching, it is convenient to apply small dots of glue in the areas of least contact between the pieces; that is, between pieces whose sockets are small due to the very physiognomy of the skeleton.


You can use any glue: from cold glue to glue stick.

Where are your products shipped from?

The headquarters of our company is located in Chile. From there we manage shipments all over the world.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can currently ship from Chile to more than 30 countries.

To find out if we have shipments available to your country, please do the following: once you are in the checkout, enter your shipping information including your postal code. After that, the system will tell you what types of shipments we have available for that address.

If you live in a country that does not have available shipments, you can fill our contact form to verify if it is possible to add your country to the list of destinations. After that, we will notify you via email when you can place your order.

What shipping services do you use?

Nationally, we ship through Correos de Chile.

Internationally, we ship via FedEx Express and the National Postal Service.

Not all shipping types are available to all countries. By entering your shipping address at checkout you will be able to see what shipping options are available.

Are there additional costs associated with international shipments?

This varies depending on each country. We recommend you investigate the customs policies of your country before placing an order.

How long does it take to arrive?

If you are in Chile, the maximum period is 10 days, from the time you receive the purchase confirmation email until it reaches your hands.

If you are in another country, the arrival time will depend on the total weight of your order and the type of shipment you choose.

In the case of regular shipping, the order will take 6-8 weeks.

In the case of express shipping via Fedex, the arrival time will be 9 to 12 days.

How can I buy if I'm not in Chile?

In our online store you can make payments through PayPal and Credit or Debit cards.

Where can I check the status of my shipment?

If you choose regular shipping, your order will arrive through the official postal service of your country. To check the status of your order you can enter the website of the postal service of your country and follow up with your order number.

If you choose express shipping via Fedex, you will receive your order through that company. On their website you can check the status of your package using your tracking code.

In any case, we will regularly send you opportune emails informing you about the different status changes of your order.

What do I do if you do not have shipments to my country?

You can write to us through the contact form to verify if it is possible to add your country to the list of destinations.

Later we will notify you via email when you can place your order.

Can I go pick up my order?

If you are in Talca, Chile, you have the option to pick up your order.

We recommend that you previously coordinate with us through WhatsApp (+56 9 7745 6440) or Instagram (@wonder_artistic_models). The delivery is made in the commune of Talca.

What do I do if a part is damaged or lost?

We have a protocol for parts replacement and you only have to bear the shipping costs.

If you are not in Chile, we recommend receiving the replacement in a new order, since you will have to assume the shipping costs, which would be practically the same as those corresponding to sending a complete model.

Can I paint the models?

Yes, as long as the paint is not too runny as moisture can damage the material. If the paint you are applying is mixed with water, you should achieve a viscosity similar to liquid milk.

How do I clean them?

You can clean them dry with the help of a brush.

How do I transport the models once I have assembled them?

If possible, move them armed. If this is not possible, we recommend that you keep the templates that the pieces come in to keep them there during the trip.

It is recommended that you place an adhesive tape on the back of the templates, disassemble the model and place the pieces on the templates so that they are in contact with the adhesive tape.

You can then wrap all the templates in a similar way to how they were when you received the model in our WONDER packaging.

When you arrive at your destination, you will simply have to assemble it again, just as you did the first time.

If I have several discount coupons, can I use them all at the same time in one purchase?

The discount coupons that we offer cannot be combined with each other, so you can use only one discount coupon for each purchase you make.

Each coupon has particular characteristics and restrictions. Please, take into account the restrictions of each coupon before using them 🙂
