The Deinocheirus, like the Therizinosaurus and the Spinosaurus aegyptiacus, is one of the strangest dinosaurs. For a long time only the front limbs were known, and due to its enormous proportions it was thought to be a large predator. 50 years passed until finally in 2014 more remains were found that allowed us to better understand the strange and peculiar shapes of its hip, its torso with a “sail” on the dorsal vertebrae and unusual skull.

Our model is designed based on the most current reconstructions, paying special attention to detail. It is the first of our models to have a hip joint that allows the entire body to freely rotate 70° up and down. This feature will allow you to customize your Deinocheirus with the pose you prefer.

It also has a tail divided into 3 sections so that it can be curved and give it a more organic look. But that’s not all, the neck has 3 joints: 2 at the base of the skull, which allow the head to freely turn from left to right and up and down; and another at the base of the neck that allows 2 poses with a difference of 45°.

All these qualities make the Deinocheirus skeleton model the most ingenious and with the greatest number of applied innovations in our entire collection. Without a doubt, this is a species that has not only gained great popularity, but has also become the favorite of a large part of dinosaur lovers and a must-have in the collection of those who want to have a scale museum in their own home.
